Welcome to Neon Grid (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the digital content and 3D assets (collectively, the “Assets”) made available through our online channels. By downloading or using any of our Assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, use, and modify the Assets for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including use in films, games, visualization, product design, and other creative works.

 

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute the Assets in any form, whether modified or unmodified, individually or as part of another collection, on any platform, website, or storage medium.
  • Use the Assets to create competing or derivative asset libraries, stock platforms, or asset packs (e.g., other 3D model or texture marketplaces).
  • Use the Assets (or derivatives thereof) for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or validating AI, machine learning models, neural networks, or any similar technologies.
  • Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise offer the Assets to any third party except as embedded within a larger creative project (e.g., a game or film).

 

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Assets remain with Neon Grid and/or its content creators. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you except as explicitly provided herein.

 

4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the Assets and delete all copies.

 

5. No Warranty
The Assets are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Assets will meet your requirements or be free of errors.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, [Your Store Name] shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Assets, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Santiago del Estero, Argentina.

 

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Assets after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
